Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the Client: a. In the event of cancellation by the Client, a written notice must be provided to the Studio Owner at least [X] days prior to the scheduled rental date. b. If the cancellation notice is received within the specified timeframe, the Client will be entitled to a full refund of any booking fees or deposits made. c. If the cancellation notice is received less than [X] days before the scheduled rental date, the Client will be responsible for paying a cancellation fee of [X]% of the total rental cost. Cancellation by the Studio Owner: a. In rare circumstances, the Studio Owner may need to cancel or reschedule the Client's booking due to unforeseen events, technical difficulties, or circumstances beyond their control. b. In such cases, the Studio Owner will make every effort to provide the Client with reasonable notice and assist in rescheduling the booking to a mutually agreeable date and time. c. If rescheduling is not possible or acceptable to the Client, the Studio Owner will provide a full refund of any booking fees or deposits already paid. No-Show Policy: a. If the Client fails to show up for their scheduled rental without prior notice or fails to provide a cancellation notice within the specified timeframe, the Studio Owner reserves the right to retain any booking fees or deposits made. b. In the case of multiple no-show occurrences, the Studio Owner may refuse future bookings from the Client. Amendments to Booking: a. The Client may request to make changes to their booking, including rescheduling or extending the rental period, subject to availability and approval by the Studio Owner. b. The Studio Owner will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, but cannot guarantee availability or approval. c. Additional charges may apply for any amendments made to the booking. Force Majeure: a. Neither the Studio Owner nor the Client shall be held liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, acts of government, labor disputes, or equipment failure.
